The short version
Sammy and Jayme think personal robots priced like a cheap car are a few years out, and that the people who win are the ones who use AI now to get their time back. Then Sammy shows what that looks like today: a gym's social media running on autopilot, a four-hour admin job done in seconds, and a Google Business Profile that now ranks number one locally.
In this episode

Key moments
The $25K robot
Sammy expects home robots that can handle the nanny, housekeeper, and lawn work within three to five years, priced like a cheap car.
Sidelines or Renaissance
Jayme's answer to clients asking whether to quit: the shift is coming either way, and it's going to need people who lead.
Do you want to be part of the Renaissance, or are you going to sit down and watch everyone else do it?
Every invention bought back time
Air conditioning made Las Vegas livable. The washing machine gave people half their day back. Robots are the next one, and people called every one of them a demon device first.
The fluff in the 9-to-5
Jayme cites COVID-era studies finding most office work is low-value. Sammy's take: AI is a tool like a pen or a phone, and the faster you learn it, the faster your life gets better.
A game built in one evening
After a parent-teacher conference, Sammy built his five-year-old an interactive learning game with a panda, a unicorn, a frog, and a tiger. It's free at fundamentaldevelopment.co.
Raw footage in, posts out
Coaches drop raw clips into a shared folder. AI renames them by what's in the shot, picks the best stills, brands them, cuts video with captions and covers, and posts to Instagram.
Four hours to seconds
The gym's point-of-sale and belt-promotion systems don't sync. Checking 111 members by hand took four hours. One voice memo later, Sammy had a tool that flags every mismatch in seconds.
He goes, "hold, please."
Number one on the map
Regular work on the gym's Google Business Profile now has it ranking first for "jiu-jitsu near me" across most of Rhode Island, and climbing in AI search results across New England.
Fact check
What we said on air, next to what the reports say.
"190,000 new AI millionaires in six months"
We couldn't find a source for that number. The real one is bigger: about 2 million new millionaires worldwide in 2025, 736,000 of them in the US, driven mainly by AI-related stock gains (Capgemini World Wealth Report, June 2026). That's paper wealth from investments, not people who built AI businesses.
"More millionaires in this window than in all of history"
Not true. It was a strong year with the fastest US growth since 2021, but not a record for all time.
"100 million robots by 2031, a billion by 2035"
We couldn't pin those exact figures to Elon Musk. What he has said on record: robots will eventually outnumber people, and Tesla aims to sell humanoid robots to the public by the end of 2027.

Welcome: the first man on Launch Your Light
All right, welcome back to Launch Your Light. You guys, I have a wild spectacle ahead of you. I, for the first time ever, am having a man on the show. Sammy, you are the first gentleman I have ever had, not only on Launch Your Light, but I've never had a male teacher in the school.
And these recordings are going through the faces. This has been a dream of mine for literally, I don't know, Sammy, we've talked about this for years. One, just being on a podcast and having a podcast together was a dream like 10 years ago, 15 years ago, I don't know. And now here we are in the wild west
of what the f*** I'm calling it, with the future of business, the future of being online, the future of AI, the future of robots, the future of being a human, the revolution that is on our hands, the largest healing that we're walking into
with billions of people at a time. s***'s getting f***ing weird. And you and I, our best friends, we'll explain that in a minute, but we have been talking about this for literally years and every time we're like, we should just record ourselves.
We should just record ourselves. So we're finally doing it, but we're not just gonna record ourselves, y'all.
Why we're doing a 10-part series
We're going to organize this in a 10-part series where we are breaking down the future of running a business online, what that means for us, the future of AI and all of the brilliant things that are coming out to help people in business, to help entrepreneurs.
So without any more of me rambling, Sammy, welcome to the show, my friend. Thank you so much. I'm absolutely honored. What an insane introduction and just an honor. The first male, first male in like your launch,
first male teacher, all the things. I mean, I guess it was appropriate that I wore my pink shirt today. It's just, I'm excited to be here and explore together what we've been talking about for what seems like the better part of two decades.
22 years of friendship
Yes. Okay, so let's explain the two decades. We've been friends, 22 years. I mean, I'm gonna just say that your math's right there, at least. 2024, well, no, 2024 would have been 20 years
because 2004. Your math maths. I remember you standing in front of me at the orientation outside of the Renaissance. Yep. And I'm like, who the f*** is this kid?
Because you clearly were not from New England. It was that obvious. It was that obvious, right? So let's explain to them how we've been friends for 20 years. Go ahead, you give your...
Absolutely, so I mean, you nailed it. We met outside of our orientation, our freshman year in college. I was fresh off the boat from Las Vegas, well, far, far away from home and family. I consider myself a bit of an introvert in social situations,
but managed to break bread with you and created our little inner circle at that magical little hall of all sorts of amazing characters that I'm sure will be able to send some callbacks throughout our 10-part series here
to some big names doing crazy things over the years. But yeah, I mean, it was kind of just that love at first sight. Became best friends, I feel like, almost instantly, ran in separate circles, but you and I have always had that magic to kind of bring odd circles together,
different people that might not see why they fit initially, but we kind of have been that bridge and that gap for bringing a lot of very interesting, amazing human beings together, and those relationships turning into magical businesses and acquaintances and friendships.
You know, I've never thought of it like that, but that is so true. A lot of examples of that. Yes. And I'll read between the lines, we partied f***ing hard, OK?
Yeah, we did that. All in, we partied hard, but you and I stayed as everyone else fell off, we stayed friends. And through all the breakups of other people, you and I stayed friends.
It was like every time we broke up with someone from our inner circle, me and you were like, yeah, no, I'm sticking with Sammy, like, or no, I'm choosing Jayme here. Sorry. Yeah, we've always chose each other.
And no matter the space or time or distance, you know, again, and we've had this conversation, but I've moved back and forth across the country four, five, maybe six times now. And every time I've moved back, it's typically been to the Northeast, back to Rhode Island.
And I see and talk to you more when we're 3,000 miles apart. We live 10 minutes away from each other and we talk to each other more now. It's absolutely the wildest thing. Wildest thing. So now that you're 3,000 miles away again,
it was time you to get you on the show. But also, I just want to reiterate this one golden thread between our relationship to we consistently have been obsessed with business, what's changing, what's the future hold, what's a new technology
like we can get on the phone and just gap, like just little a gap for hours about. And we're usually called away and out of that conversation because we got to go. We got to go take care of the kids. We got to.
It's like there's so much going on. We're constantly talking about this and it was time to like get it on a show. It was time to record it because we're both constantly also telling people about each other. I'm like, oh, my God, you need to listen to Sammy.
You need to talk to Sammy. You need to write and you're the same way. Oh, you need to listen to girl, Jayme, talk about this. So it's almost like a meeting of our minds and bringing our brilliance here together. My tagline is where strategy meets soul.
Right. And I want to kind of bring in this like where human meets technology kind of vibe to it too. Yeah, it's a lot of sense. And it's funny that you just even said that because like I've recently adapted to Sammy. P takes you from A to C and how much that just completely
correlates and matches exactly what you're doing in your space. Yes, we're both doing similar things, but like in entirely different ways and different universes.
The robot renaissance is coming
So let's so let's hop in. Where do you want to start? I feel like I kind of want to give a precursor a little bit of like how wild the future is. I want to like hook people right away with like where we're going with this.
Like I don't think most people actually understand what's coming. Yeah, so I mean, I feel like you and I have these conversations and I've been able to have these conversations over the years because we're wild ourselves and are big thinkers and are open to possibilities and what what could be and what might actually become.
And we manifest a lot of that for ourselves on top of it. But when we when the news media is pushing and what people are seeing or fed is, you know, Elon being the crazy guy that supports Trump and building robots and shooting rockets and flying to Mars. Most people just see it as the chaos and the noise that the media wants it to be. The reality is that there's more people than Elon working on this problem.
I think we're absolutely going to Mars. I don't think it'll happen in our lifetime, honestly. And I think the bigger one that people are sleeping on or not or not opening their minds to is the idea of having robots in your home, having a personal robot as an assistant as the nanny, as the housekeeper, as the. Lawn keeper, basically any services that you're currently paying a human to do.
I genuinely believe that a robot is coming in the next three to five years that will singlehandedly replace all of those services for us. And and I just don't even think there's there's no doubt in my mind. But I think. Yeah, I think it's happening. And that's why I want to say for any of my viewers who are already going,
robots, right? Really? I am challenging any of our listeners to listen through to these entire episodes to hear about what like one what this means for you, what the options are, but also like to be prepared.
There is there's a bit of like preparation here, like you and I have these conversations. But then when I talk to other people, they have no f***ing clue what I'm talking about. Right. So what you said, we're being fed one thing, but there's a whole other thing happening here. And the future is going to get really weird and wild. So let's let's go with that because we knew we're talking about the robots
the other day when I was bringing this up. We'll think some of the robots in the market next year.
A $25k robot in your house
Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. It's like spring of next year, they will be readily available and like moderately affordable, the figures I've been hearing from the sources that I've been listening to are like in the twenty five to thirty thousand dollar range. So a cheap car like this is it's something affordable. It's something that I honestly think that that's some crazy wild.
I think they're honestly at some point just going to be like, here's your robot. You get you get you're born. Here's your robot that goes to your live along pal for the rest of your life. Like I that's that even to me is a little wild, wild crazy. But I don't think it's outside of potential reality. I don't think it's outside of potential reality because it goes hand in hand
with the here's your money allowance for the month. And you just have to spend. We're heading in a market to the place where we are like economists talk about this, futurists talk about this. They are going to need the economy running in a specific way, and they're going to need people to actually buy into it and continuously
have money to do it. We're actually at we're clearly at a crux right now where everything is on and it's you can't afford anything. Well, and that's by design, right? They're going to try to break us so that we just say, yeah, yeah, that new system sounds great.
Exactly. Right. And it's it's whether it's stay at home. Here's your monthly allowance here at your tokens. You can buy X, Y and Z. You get this automatically and people are going to be like, yeah, f***ing cool.
What humans do when robots do the labor
What that means for people like us, if you're listening, you know, that's for me, it's like this is an invitation to also become so human and so creative and so artistic and so driven to get behind your purpose and to get behind your calling and do what you want to f***ing do because there will be robots in all of the McDonald's. There will be.
I'm just saying McDonald's specifically. I don't eat there, but you know what I'm saying. Nor do we know that to be true, but it's likely. It's very likely and in most fast food restaurants, for sure. Yeah, because they don't call out. They don't get sick.
They just work and they don't cost this rising. You know, yeah, sure. The humans cost a lot of money. Labor. Yeah. So this is coming. This has happened. This is going to be in stores like it's going.
I think it's going to happen in any of like the stocking shelves, flipping burgers, that type of thing. Which if you're hearing this and you're like, I don't want to live in a land of robots, don't worry. I think it's going to push and maximize and really enhance the human experience.
You will be able to choose like, OK, we can go to that restaurant where there are robots, right? And you go here and you expect that and you're flipping burgers and getting friend tries, or you can go to this experience that is still 100% operated by humans, cooked by humans. That is going to elevate that experience for people.
There's going to be like an option and a choice. What is the Elon Musk says by 2031? He expects there to be a hundred hundred million robots globally in action, a billion of them by 2035. I think were his estimates. I just read the other day.
That's insane. And listen, I hope you guys noticed with me and Sammy, we're not leaning any one or which way. We're just reporting and exploring like what could be. What could be what's happening, right? I was actually talking to this about with my fine gardening client.
She was like, you know, a lot of my clients come to me and they're like, should I get off the pot? Should I just. You should I just quit everything like this is hard? This isn't I'm not making what I want to make or this is happening or this worked one year and now it hasn't worked this year.
Like, should I just go get a job at Trader Joe's? Should I just, you know, and I get this question a lot. That if you're not an entrepreneur unless you question your what you're doing, maybe five to 10 times a year. OK, like, like actively question what you're doing.
And this is my answer to them nowadays, whether they're a fine gardener, whether they're a healing service, whether they're a coach, this is my answer. The land of the robots are coming. The future is coming. We're walking into one of the largest consciousness shifts
the planet has ever seen and the human has ever seen. It is going to require people to be leaders and to lead guide them and walk them through these processes or offer the product services and experiences. Right. Are you going to sit on the sidelines and watch that happen? Well, you've got a robot in the house, right?
Or are you going to f***ing stand up and be part of this? Do you want to be part of the Renaissance or are you going to sit down and watch everyone else f***ing do it? You know, because it's happening. Yeah, it's happening without you, for sure. And I think, you know, and again, this this is.
Essentially what I think you chose a good word for it, this Renaissance, this this new coming again, it's. The way I've heard it described in some circles is it's going to like there's going to be such an abundance of everything that like we won't because robots are going to take care of it. They're going to take care of the farming.
They're going to take care of literally just about anything and everything that we're currently doing so we can again live our life, raise our kids, communicate with one another. Actually have real conversations and philosophical thoughts and again, just being able to be human again, which I, you know, again, I think most people don't know how to do.
They've been so programmed to I need to work. I need to make money. I need to support my family. We can't do this. We can't afford it. We can't do that. We can't afford it. Like those problems, I think, could be going away. And like it's just live an amazing life.
Like it's not and I don't know what that looks like really. Like it's almost it's it is a little scary to think about. But being open to that idea of this new euphoric lifestyle where humans can be humans and you can raise a family and be OK and go on vacation and have awesome experiences. I mean, it sounds pretty awesome to me.
I'm all for it. But to your point, you know, it doesn't stop what you and I are doing. It doesn't stop business owners from doing what they're doing. It just enhances and allows them to do more. And I think the only way this system works is that everybody figures out how they're contributing to the community, contributing to society,
contributing to the human race as a whole. Again, there's a bare minimum. Everybody will you're going to have a bare minimum lifestyle allowance, if you want to call it that. And I love that you chose the word token, because that's likely exactly what it will be in our little crypto currency world.
But there's there's there's that like it's just an exciting time to be alive. And I think it realistically happens. While you like I think you and me get to see this. Yeah. Yeah. Woo. Yeah, right. Take it. Take that in.
I think it's it's hard for people to wrap their heads around because like you said, we are so programmed still to this day in the work till you die, like like killing yourself working is where we're at. We're in this like what I hear because like I'm on the counselor coaching that like side, right? Although I hear people like people are exhausted.
Like people are killing themselves working. Then they like it's this is beyond like, oh, your lifestyle. You can't afford and you don't have money. It is beyond that. We are digging graves of financially. Like it's just it's going to blow like something's going to.
And it's been by design. Like you said, you know, we can't afford it. People just put on a credit card. Like it's not it's it's people don't know how to live within their means. People aren't taught it in school. Like that's that's a dying art.
And again, hopefully that this new this new age kind of solves all that without creating a bunch of just lazy people. I think we kind of need to reframe what our purpose is on earth as humans. Yeah, 1000 percent. And I think it's going to take a while to get away from this work so hard mindset, like this works so because that American dream works.
OK, get a job, work hard, get the house, get the. Yeah, that worked up until what 1960? I think I don't think it's been working for a really long time. Right. So so but we're still in that f***ed up mindset when it's like it's like, OK, yeah, some people don't want to work and that's fine.
But like like the health care costs are insane. I mean, like it's insane. Like actually here is walking into place like a coat cost. Thirty six dollars at the hospital. f*** you. Insulin cost X amount.
You're in that. OK, like this this is absolutely out of control. This has like these systems, these institutions have literally gotten out of control that we can't stop it now. Same thing with the economy. We created this beast and now the beast needs to be fed.
And now we need to make sure everyone can feed the beast. And that's the question of the next century. But can we keep this because if this thing crashes, the whole world would implode. And that's what you're about from the market to our economy to our countries.
They're scared of this whole thing crashing and them not being in control of it. So everyone's scrambling right now behind the scenes to figure out what the best path forward looks for eight billion people on the planet. It's a yeah, it's in, you know, relying and moving into an age where you're outnumbered by these robots is is worrisome for sure. I mean, we've all seen Terminator, you know, it could, you know,
and I feel like there's been three or four big, big names in the space. They've said, like, yeah, there's like a 10 to 15 percent chance that they go rogue and kill us all. I don't know. I like I like our odds with the 85 percent. I say, OK, let's go for it. Let's let's live a little.
We're all going to die anyway. Why not at the hand of a robot? It's going to be so f***ing weird.
The car, electricity, the washing machine
But at the same time, OK, let's let's also like pull this back into historical perspective and be like, what's another time in the turn of the last century for so like, let's just say for the industrial revolution that you think is similar to how big this is going to be for people. Like the car, the the railroad, air conditioning, like that, yeah, electricity.
But again, imagine, think about that. And I've heard Gary V say this before in an interview. It's like, again, the West, like where I'm sitting right now is not habitable. Like, nobody could live here without air conditioning. We don't invent air conditioning. Nobody's living on the West Coast, at least not in the high desert.
Like sitting in Las Vegas doesn't doesn't happen. Yeah. They do have to be out of your mind. I don't think you'd survive or we'd be a very different, very different species out of here living in the desert. I don't know. It's wild. The car, like imagine only being able to ride a horse
everywhere and walk and that's it. And then something like the car came out. Yeah, with each of these technology, honestly, it's super interesting when you think about it this way, with each of these inventions, it fundamentally changed the pace of life. Yeah.
When we just had, when you could just walk, it would take weeks or months or years to get somewhere. And all right, we were able to tame horses. Now we now we can move faster. Horses turned into the trains or the cars. Like now you can just move that much faster.
Like that's the same with this technology that we're talking about. Computers, cell phones. Yeah. Electricity, these robots, like it's just going to speed things up that much faster. The pace of life is going to be that much quicker,
which is interesting because I feel like we're coming to the like you said that crux like actually the robots could actually like reverse that and like slow things down for us if we want it as humans. Right. Very interesting. And I think, you know, it's funny, like I think a lot of people are going to go, f*** that, I don't want a robot in my house.
And then there's going to be a lot of people who go, you know, actually fold my laundry for me, wash the dishes for me. Like, oh, yeah. Tidy, tidy the house for me while we're out. Like, oh, I don't know. It's amazing.
It's like same like for women, too, I want to say for the women on this call listening to this, like when our ancestors realized there was something called like a washing machine, they could spend half their f***ing day outside washing by hand, you know, and then the washer came or the oven came. You know, these things that made their lives so much easier and freed up their time for them to like get them back.
You know what I mean versus having for women their whole day. Is just caring for others. Five generations ago and back was like legit caring for the house and home. Right. And then like the washing machine came about, holy s***. And you know, there were people who were like, I don't want that. I'm not doing that.
I'm not demon device that's going to clean my clothes. It's going to destroy them. It will never be the same. Whatever the case may be. Electricity was demonized in New York City across the Northeast. They were and they were doing some funky a** experiments with it.
And that's why I feel I feel like we are now we're in that like funky experimental phase with this new technology, where there's still some people who have no idea what we're talking about. And then you know, who are like messing around with it, like every day and using it or people who have like I'm in the business world who are absolutely catapulted their businesses.
I think we have 190,000 new millionaires in the last six months because of AI. Yeah, which is more than I think the entire history. Right. Like that there's more millionaires in this last small little window than that were ever made in all of time that we can that we can record.
Wild. Like this is what I mean. We say we can't even wrap our heads around this debt. It's a huge, it's absolutely huge, but very exciting to be a part of. I agree. I'm excited by it. I'm not scared by it.
You know what I mean? I also feel that way with like there's so much end of the world propaganda out there, the end of the world's coming, the end times. Great. And also like, no, it f***ing isn't that this b**** is still going to turn and turn. This planet is still going to turn.
People are going to evolve. We've been hearing end of times for centuries. People have used it's a propaganda to control people and keep them in a fear state. And it's f***ed up. It's not where it's not ending. Right.
And with the speed of technology and the rate that we're at right, like, no, we're at the pace we can solve them to at the rate we can solve them. It's it's unreal. We're figuring this out. It is like you said, it's going to be a choice. So like, how do you want to live?
Like, what do you want to do? Right. What do you want your life? You know what I mean? And how does it go back to that amazing question that, you know, friends ask each other to close friends, you know, what would you do if you didn't have to worry about money?
Like, what is walk me through your day? Like, what is what does that genuinely look like? Because that's that's a real reality that we're headed to. You know, how do you want to spend your day? Is your day spent with your whole family or do you use workers and escape to get away from your family?
Like, these are really very real questions that people are going to have to start answering because life is going to change. Yeah. And you're either going to be prepared for it or you're not. And what would it feel like to be taken care of and to be provided for on your basic necessities? Sure. So that you can breathe and sleep.
Roof over your head, belly full, healthy. Yeah. Right. And what would that look like? I mean, like it would that provide the parents the time to raise their young before they go off and do something where they don't have to rush back after pushing a kid out of their room six f***ing weeks earlier? You know what would that look like?
When I start bringing that in, then people go, oh, yeah, that's a good point. Right. Would moms and parents and families not be feel like they've got to rush back into the workforce because they can't afford health care? Right. Yeah. Who wouldn't say no to that? I mean, yeah. I mean, again, I feel like parents should be with their kids
for the first five to seven years. Like that's right. Like those are fun. Those are years you're never getting back. Those are moments you're never getting back. They're all of their little humans. Firsts, first steps, first words.
First, you know, first time on a bike, first time swimming down. The firsts are just in the reality is, I don't know what the stats are. I'd be interested to see what they are. But how many parents actually miss those and aren't around for them? Right. Because they have to work. Absolutely. Yeah.
Yeah. Because of the demands of our current society, the demands of our current lifestyle and how that can fundamentally change, like it's that's a good for them. What would that do for our culture? What would that do for community? What would that do for the land?
If those early years were sacred? Let's just say that like sacred, right? But also let's jump right over to the person who's like, f*** that, I can't sit around with my kids all the time. I need to go work. Yeah, then there's something for you too, because you still get.
You still get to choose the job that you want to go to. You still get to choose the work that you want. Like I'm an entrepreneur. You're never taking that away from me. I've been like this seven years old and I'll die like this. I'm like pump creations out of me.
It's what I f***ing do. It doesn't matter if I'm having kids. It doesn't matter if I live in the f***ing here or there. It's built in your DNA. It's so it's like I'm not getting rid of that. That doesn't go away for me.
I'm always going to provide a product and a service that is needed in the f***ing industry that is needed in the world. Right. I'm going to provide answers to people's prayers. It's what I'm here to f***ing do. That doesn't stop. Right.
Prayers don't. That's for sure. That's a. That's a recession proof and apocalypse proofed business right there. I want to say another thing too because I think a lot of people like, but what about my job? What about my job?
There have been phenomenal studies that came out of 2020 and onward those COVID years. They were studying the people. They were capturing data. Okay. The majority of the office jobs we have in this country 60 to 70% of the work is fluff work.
It's bulls*** and you're nodding heavily. It is. Yeah. It is. It's freeze. They will say that we'll go in.
You work your nine to five year only productive for 40% of it. If that. And then even being productive, like you just said, the product, the production is based on work that can be done now using AI and produces as good if not better results. So what, like, what, what, what's the point?
Again, you know, people are, people are scared about it. It's, it's changing the individual's mindset and framing AI as a resource and a tool that you need to learn how to use. It's no different than a pencil or pen or learning how to use a computer or learning how to use your new cell phone update. Like AI is here.
It's not going anywhere. And the faster you learn how to use it and apply it to your job and make your life better. The faster, but the faster your life is going to be better. It's as simple as that. I also think people are missing the mark here.
They're like, oh, it's going to take away from this job. Like, yeah, there are definitely industries that are going to thin out. There are definitely jobs and tasks that are going to thin out, but no one's thinking about what this is all going to create. Sure. It is going to be created.
What millions of doors are being blasted open right now. And it's like, we are literally going, this is just like going to the moon back in the 60s. You know what I mean?
Anyone can be an entrepreneur now
Well, the reality is anybody can be an entrepreneur now. Anybody that didn't have the skills to build a website or the skills to write a business plan. Write a book. Yeah, sure. Write a book.
I mean, literally anything you want to do, AI can help you do that. I don't know how to do XYZ. Well, here's how you do XYZ. Break it down to me like I'm a five-year-old because everybody my entire life has told me I'm stupid and won't amount to anything.
I want to prove them all wrong. Well, here's your plan, buddy. You have a friend in me and we're going to take it step-by-step as slow as you want or as fast as you want. And you can build literally anything you want. Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, it's crazy. What used to take engineers, software engineers, designers, website to all of those people, weeks, months, hours to make is literally done with free AI tools within the matter of minutes, seconds to minutes now. Like it's f***ing wild.
It's insane. It's wild that more people aren't jumping on the train. Right. Best train I've seen to jump on in a long time. Right. So let's shift to that.
Let's talk about that for a little bit because it's like, okay, you were. I was a writer. I knew you when you were going to school for graphic design. You were graphic design. I spent a decade, two decades.
I don't know where we're at with building websites to launch this. So someone said, I'm a writer. Someone go, wow, you two are f***ing, blah, blah, blah, blah, using. This, these tools have actually helped me achieve my dreams in the way that it would have taken me double the time,
triple the time, longer the time to do what I want to do. I've been even more, I'm going to be able to get my message out more because I'm using these tools in a lot of my business, but let's skip over to you because they, they know me,
but I want to talk about you. You're someone. They go, Oh no, this is going to, this is going to wipe out the web developer. No, it's not. You have gone and now educated yourself so hard about these tools
and how to use them that you are now helping other businesses implement them, use them across. We had to hire you. We didn't have to. We wanted to hire you hardcore for the first time. We've always helped us. Sorry. I'm jumping around.
He has helped us in our businesses. He helped us with what is movement and launching the gym. He helped us with design and logos and websites, everything for all of the iterations of our business. But now Jayme and I are out of business at a point in our business where we want to grow even more.
And we are capped out with understanding any, or using any of these technologies and what's available to us. And we needed to hire a professional, right? So we hired you. What does this look like for someone who went from, I used to design websites to now you are helping these businesses
in all of these areas with this new technology. Yeah, it's been, it's been a wild ride for sure. I'm a big believer that wherever you are is where you're supposed to be. I believe that you learn things when you're supposed to learn them. I'm 40 now.
So I've over the last decade, you know, accepted and adapted my life to just accept the giving in and letting the cards fall where they, where they will. And for the first time in a long time, I'm insanely excited about what I'm working on and who I'm working with.
Yeah, as you prefaced, you know, we've worked together since you and boy Jayme even mentioned the idea of a gym. And back then, you know, with the tools that were available, I made a logo and said, here you go. I go, this is my vision for it. What do you think you were both super excited?
We printed a thousand stickers and you went and built that business, that business provided for you and Jayme for the better, almost a decade. And you guys built an amazing business in it and we've evolved from there and I have been involved the whole way through and we've adapted my knowledge and technology where
we could the whole way through. I think I've maintained all the business websites for the gym for, for, from its infancy. But where we're at now is just limitless, truly. My process again, and it doesn't, for any graphic designer, web developer, engineer,
anybody that's using AI, you know, people that are coming in and telling you, oh, well, it's like cheating. It's like, no, I learned a skill set and I wouldn't understand or be able to use it as well as I do now if I didn't have the background and expertise in what I do.
I'm taking the skills that I've had and adapting them and blending them with this new tool that I have AI or is the government wants to call it SI, superintelligence. I think that they're trying to rebrand AI so it has a nicer little ring to it. Superintelligence, SI, say yes to superintelligence.
It's multilingual. But I digress. The technology is absolutely unreal. The rate at which I can create and execute ideas is just, it's unfathomable. The best example I have most recently is going to a parent
teacher conference, learning about an area in which my five-year-old daughter is not certainly behind him but could work on. So I was able to come home and develop an interactive children's game to help her with that specifically. Like that to your point, and you just said a few minutes ago,
what have taken weeks, months, years for a full development team to do? And I did it in an evening and was like, hey, Daddy's building you a new game to play tomorrow. I hope you're excited. And I go, what kind of characters you want in it?
And she listed off, I want a panda and a unicorn and a frog and a tiger. And I said, not a problem. Got you. And I put them all in there and built it and she loves it. And it's been an absolute blast.
But again, this is what, this pacing that we've been talking about, this just rapid development of literally anything you can think of is now at the tip of our fingers. It's wild. It's been super exciting. And I've been able to apply it to, again, to your business in,
from a lead generation standpoint, a brand new website, graphic development, video editing. I'm working on another project for, you know, the trade, trade show industry leaderboard for some slot car activation. Again, I can literally do anything now.
Let's go deeper into that. Let's give some, let's give some actual tangible, tangible results because they, they know me. I'm a business person. You know me. I'm a tech person.
I'm a business person. I understand tech. And what you're so far beyond my reach, I look like a child when we're doing this. So, so let's just say, let's, let's talk about some details about how you've helped me
in keeping with the business. I want to give some like actual tangible results so they can see what we've done. For example, one of the things we've been wanting to do for a while in our business was get and hear from like, get interviews, get Jayme on camera.
That's been an idea even with our VA. We have a VA too, right? And she's amazing. And now we're all working together as a team. Getting Jayme on camera. You got, you gave me the advice to go interview our members,
go interview the parents about their children. I got you 10 interviews. You had that splice and dice and organ with all these topics. You didn't do it. You didn't do it. I orchestrated it.
I consider myself the orchestrator, the man behind the green curtain, if you will, the wizard. Well, walk him through that. I get you raw footage. I put it into a folder. And then you're having that go out and do what explain what you've
been just doing for our social media and how it's all automated and set up now. Yeah, absolutely.
How Sammy automates social media with Claude
So this is some real sauce, but here it is. Yeah. I've been a Claude Code user now for the better part of the year and have, have really got the cogs in place to, to generate some really amazing engineering on my end. What it's allowed me to do is work with clients like Jayme,
the Jayme's and the gym specifically in analyzing their current look, feel brand on social media, teach the AI, teach the agents exactly what that looks and feels like. And then what we've done is created shared Dropbox or Google Drive folders. You could use either.
They both connect into Claude and you set them up as public folders. I, that'll, which allows the Jayme's to drop in raw footage. You know, they're not doing any editing other than scripts that I send them that I use AI to develop again based on trends in their industry.
And that again applies to any industry. We could do this for gyms. We could do it for coaching businesses. We could do it for restaurants. We could do it for HVAC companies. Like it's, it's limitless in who it could help.
But yeah, so they dropped in raw footage, raw images into into these shared folders. I then, it pings the technology, the SI super intelligence to go analyze them, rename them so that it's not IMG underscore 8,069 five. It's actually now, you know, B roll Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gym
arm bar because it's that good. And it knows exactly what it's looking at. Is it perfect? No, but it's better than me spending three hours renaming every single file. It gets us to places much quicker.
And from that point, it then picks out the best pieces of stills and we'll convert those and apply branding to them and post them directly to their Instagram account, either as a story or in their feed, as well as cut video ad captions branding and then do the exact same thing. It'll actually create a real cover so that it shows you an
image before the video starts. So when you're looking at the feed, it actually you get an idea of what it is. Instead of just a picture of my face frozen at the beginning of the video or whatever it may be. And yeah, we have that just about completely automated
outside of the actual creation of the content. And the reality is, is that there is technology out there that I could clone coach Jayme and actually AI have AI create those videos. But that's something that, you know, is still, I still feel like it's important to have the human element, human touch
and actually have the human telling the story. Like the parents. Yeah, the parents. Yeah, the parents stuff you absolutely. But again, is, you know, when you look at bigger picture, if I'm the face of my business and I own a restaurant and I
want to pump out 15 videos of me talking about daily specials or a daily specials video and I don't I'm not comfortable on camera. There are tools out there. I can go create an avatar of myself and type in the script or speed at the script and it will walk through, you know,
today's Monday, October 19th. And today we the soup of the day is clam chow. And I don't have to do that.
Your content archive is business equity
I could literally pawn that off to AI and then post that video. But to what we're actually doing and what I'm actually doing for your business and others right now is having some sort of shared database of content. And this helps businesses out in twofold.
A it is providing me with content to put out there and post publicly to drive engagement and ultimately more leads, more revenue to the bottom line. But also it's creating an archive of like where all your stuff lives instead of, oh, it's on my phone or oh, that's in a folder.
Oh, that's in an old computer I had. We're centralizing all of the business assets and why that's so important for the businesses like yourselves and people watching, listening is when you're looking to scale and sell when you're packaged up and buttoned up and you say, yeah, I want my
my habit is here and I want a 10 X buyout because I'm polished to all my standards of operating standard operating procedures are in place. Here's my systems. This is how it all works. You have it mapped out.
These these are the things that this new technology is allowing us to do at an insanely efficient and just a wild rate.
4 hours of member reconciliation, now seconds
I have another good story that goes off that mark. Exactly. Jayme and I besides you helping us with the content with social media, all of that and that what he explained right now was like one of the many projects we have going on.
That was just a very detailed example. Something else that Sammy is really helping us with right now is like Jayme and I have like check and balance systems within the business that we do to make sure we're good, meaning our our POS and CRM.
So our point of sale and client resource management doesn't talk well with the system we have for our belt promotions, which is like the Gracie University dashboard itself. They don't talk to each other. There are web hooks that help them get information
from one thing to the other. So if someone signs up and they're a lead and they join it will talk to it, but there's loads of discrepancies. Jayme and I have to sit down and go through are they over here?
Are they over here? Are they in GymDesk? Are they in this and go back and forth? I texted Sammy the other day and I said, we sat down, went through 111 of our 180 something members.
It took us four hours. He wrote back what? I sent him a quick voice memo of what we have to do. What it was, he goes, hold please. He created us within minutes, had a new operating system designed for us that will now
scan both of those things, do all that work and get me back a report saying these are discrepancies between both of these systems. He was like, it will now be done within seconds. I was like, holy f***ing s***. Like this is what I mean by like that.
To me, I would have hired someone else. Like if we couldn't do this, I would have hired someone, get the manpower, pay for the manpower. This is how these systems can be helping us. Me and Jayme should not be sitting down.
I mean, it's our business. Of course we should be sitting down doing this, but we need our brilliance elsewhere. I need to be working on my book right now. He needs to be on the mats, not us freaking out over these f***ing computer discrepancies.
For sure. And that's any, like you said, that's just one example. You know, and it applies to any industry, anything that you are spending more than an hour doing likely can be automated and sped up and become more efficient.
Another big one that I've seen recently is proposals coming in from, again, service providers, electricians, HVAC, you know, some of these places certainly have good systems in place, but the most recent interaction I had was a, you know, large home upgrade with,
you know, light switches and things from an electrician. The proposal I got was sent to me in a Word document. And it's 2026. Yeah. And it took me emailing them after four days
of not hearing anything to say, hey, like, am I going to, did you want this one? Which again, I don't know how busy these businesses are, but at the same time, like, I think we can all agree that the faster you respond to somebody, the more likely you are to get
the work. The simple as that. That actually was one of our gaps. I was like, that was one of our gaps a couple weeks ago. Remember, I was like, we're having trouble with
getting back to all these inquiries and like, my three-year-old want to go to this. What time would they come? How much do you remember? Now we have had auto responders, so we've already set up auto responders and we have
email auto responders that you and I set up before AI, just using WordPress, right? With our business. For sure. However, you did, your idea was genius. You were like, what if we make a quiz
on your site that right away starts to answer some of the biggest issues and then funnels them to where they want to go. Brilliant. You know? So this is where it's just like the,
the oper, like you said, it's limitless. Truly. Truly limitless. Yeah. It's like, you know, it's just, it's whatever in that, that's the beauty in it.
Like, again, like I mentioned before, like anybody that had ever thought about or wanted to be an entrepreneur or had ideas and didn't know where to start or how to make them happen. The tools are now available to like, build them to make them become a reality.
Even if it's something physical and like the regular world, like you want to build a, a lemonade stand or you want to, you know, take your product into farmer's markets. It's like AI will help you walk through the steps
to get there and break them down as simple as you need them to be. And that's, and that's what I love about it. I mean, there's still, again, I have a background in development,
but I by no means am a hardcore traditionally trained coder in any code outside of like basic HTML and CSS. But what I'm able to do now is when I don't understand, like, obviously I will build the majority of it,
but anything that I want to dig deeper in or if a problem arises that requires me to get involved and it's outside or outside my just general understanding, I can actually ask it and tell it to go. We need to break this down step by step,
present me one task at a time and don't let it like we were going one by one until you can check that I did it and verify that it's good and we can move on to the next. Then we move on to the next. And like that,
that's how I'll troubleshoot a lot of like, you know, bigger more complex problems that are again, even outside my preview, but it allows me to do it. Like it allows me to do it.
It's absolutely wild. I haven't started to try to build rockets or anything yet, but I'm sure it could do it. Sure. Sure.
I could build a rocket using the best button.
Google Business Profile, AEO and GEO
Um, you are also are helping us with our Google page. That's another big thing. We're because you're into heat. So this and that, right? And like posting articles or s*** that I didn't
even know you could do on a page. And I feel like, yeah, I feel like most businesses don't realize how important that Google business profile is, or know that Google is important for ranking, but don't fully understand the power of the
Google business profile and what it's actually capable of, you know, listing all of your services, linking from those services in Google business pages back to your actual website service pages.
And to your point, you have the ability to post on your Google business profile and being active there is a strong signal for Google to actually increase you in general rankings for your web pages, but also where you're talking about specifically
is the Google map pack. So the businesses that are actually being recommended when you search for any service, you know, again, jiu-jitsu near me. I mean, you guys rank number one, Gracie jiu-jitsu war ranks for that now
in almost all of Rhode Island because of what we're doing regularly are nurturing of that Google business profile and being active and doing everything that Google wants us to do. But bigger and beyond even just that is
setting you up and having the right things in place for beyond Google search, which is where we're at now. You know, answer engine optimization, AEO and GEO as well. Again, these things are the future search
or the way where search is at now. And more and more people are going to chat GBT and Claude and Perplexity and Deep Seek and all these other AI models to ask their questions, you know, or taking a picture of that looks kind
of funny. What's that on my arm? These are things that you can do and people are doing. And from a business standpoint, if you aren't set up properly,
Google and these different search engines are guessing to the best of their ability based on things versus us raising our hands saying, Nope, here's all the information you want. This is why you should service up and become a trusted authority.
So one of the cool things that I don't we just got another reporting today for Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is currently now at like the number eight spot for all searches, anything like Jiu-Jitsu related in your general area in AI visibility,
which is just a massive jump. So when people are searching in chat and things related to Jiu-Jitsu, probably I would say in all of New England at this point, that you guys are actually ranking, which is incredible.
Yeah, that's pretty cool. Oh my God. It's wild out here. Wild. We just started with you. You know, we just started like months ago and you were working on that, the Google pages
and all that stuff. And now we're doing all these more creative projects. And now coming back to the human side of it, right? Oh, we could have all this, but like, no, I'm like, I have to pack up in a few minutes and go to the gym, meet my husband and kids
there and get more footage of Jayme and get more footage. We need Jayme on camera. You're like, he's good on camera. I agree he's on camera when he starts going. Like the video that came out today was so f***ing good.
I looked at it. It already had so many likes and so much engagement and interaction. It was like, f*** yeah. So it's just exciting to see where this goes. We'll save this for other calls too,
but you're also helping us with, we're doing press release packages. We're going to try to get media involved. So there is, there's still so much human to do. I don't want people to like, we're not trying to entirely eradicate the need for us
to like be doing any of our business, but we need us in the humans parts of our business. And lost it and drained and overwhelmed. And you've got a crazy to do list of all this tech s*** that you don't understand. This is when we should be using these systems
and learning about these systems. So all right. It's, I, I want to wrap up here a little bit because I have to head out in a minute. What, what's to come on?
We've got, this is the, like this couldn't be done in one call. That's why we're like, do we just, no, for sure it's, it's where are we going with this?
What's coming in episodes 2 to 10
You think it's coming. What are we going to be talking about over these 10 episodes? You think so over the 10 episodes, I think, well, I think what we're going to do is try to choose or identify. Again, it's assuming we're on a 10 on a 10 show thing and see where it goes from there over the next nine episodes.
We'll try to pick topics or areas within businesses that are more universal and kind of dig deeper on ways that people can leverage technology and get their businesses ready to actually implement things and start doing things on their own. And again, it's not to try to minimize what I do, but the reality is the tools are out there for anybody to
do it if they want to do it. And it ultimately is going to go back to how much you value your time and where you want to spend your time. These next nine episodes are going to be identifying different ways that you can help build and scale your business, make it more efficient, earn back more of your time in different
areas. And that might be business or in life. Again, there's so many, there's so many applications and case studies available for us to explore even, you know, having an agent scan your email for when calendar invites come in and sending you a daily update or daily report
of like when the kids have to go to school and this kid has soccer and we have, you know, Jiu Jitsu at this time. And it could legitimately send you a little reminder every day and now you just have, you know, now you know what's going on in your day. And that could be really helpful for a lot of people.
You know, people that are people that are unorganized or want to be more organized, have a little bit more structure in their life. There's tools available out there and we're going to explore all of them together. Yes, we are.
Because that's what we, I was just going to say, even our conversation yesterday, he's got me on Hark. Oh my God. Yeah. I mean, we could do a whole episode on the gentlemen that built that.
There's so many different directions to go, but we'll try to keep it as high level as possible and keep it down where it makes sense. And hopefully everybody, you know, is going to find value in everything that we talk about. And hopefully learn something by the end of each episode and be
able to apply it and move the needle for themselves in their personal life.
Where to find Sammy, and the wrap
Amen to that. Yeah. All right. Where can they find you? Can you give them your, what's the best way to reach out? Yeah. Yeah.
At Sammy Panice. SA MMY. P A N I C E. On every, across every platform. I don't hide any more. I gave up on trying to be cute with my names.
My first AOL name was Saber Wolf 5000, Saber, yeah, Saber Wolf, 5000 five, which was based off a killer instinct character from like Sega or something. And I asked somebody to correct me on that. But, right.
So like, I just, you know, I gave up and I said, you know, what privacy do we actually have anymore? Anyway, they're listening in every device that's, that they give us or sell us. So Sammy Panice, you can find me at Sammy Panice,
literally anywhere. Yeah. I'd love to have a conversation. I'll put your link in the show notes too. Cool. Also, give me the link to the learning game since we've
learned. Yeah. The learning game sick. Fundamental development.co. Fundamental development.co. Yeah. It's a free game. I don't intend to ever put ads or make people pay for it.
It's just a front, fun learning tool. And we'll hear more about it later on too, but house of hogs is, is my nonprofit side of my life. And there will be like some donation links on there just to help support families battling pediatric brain cancer, but the game's free. No ads.
I'm not pushing anything. I'm just trying to allow little kids to learn better. I'm really putting my kids on it later today. Yeah. I'm excited. I'm excited to hear how they like it. All right. Well, I am so excited we're doing this.
Likewise. Long overdue. We're going to record this weekly until with these 10 sessions are out. Yep. We're going to pack all of our brilliance into here and all of our commentary about it.
And like you said, get people just ready for what's coming and how to utilize it to their best. So thank you so much coming on today and let me hit record for one of our crazy conversations. Thank you for having me. It's been an absolute honor to be the first male guest and teacher.
And this is exciting. I can't wait for more. And if they want to talk to you, can they have a con like, do you do a free consultation? Yeah, anybody can reach out. Yeah. Just find me DM me in any space or a penichi P a N I CC.
I ventures V EN to you are yes. That's my website. If you don't book a discovery call there too, but you get me an Instagram. I feel like that's the easiest way to get a hold of anybody anymore. I'll respond.
Just let them know that you found me in a Launch Your Light. That way, I know that that way I know where you came from. All right. This was amazing. But we will, we will, we will see you next week, my friend.
All right. Thank you to all our Launch Your Light listeners. we love you so much. Thanks for sticking around and listening to our crazy rambles.
